Our blooms are mostly seasonal and they are from all over the world.
Within the region we have flowers from local growers from Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Taiwan, Thailand, China, Japan, and from farther out – New Zealand, Australia, Africa, Columbia, Holland, USA etc.
The longevity of fresh flowers varies greatly, typically 3-5 days in our local heat and humidity at home placement and care. As natural, perishable items and we never guarantee certain longevity.
Pop them somewhere out of direct sunlight and away from radiators, air con or draughty spots. We use a broad range of flowers, foliage and grasses in our arrangements, some of which will last longer than the other parts of it. If any stems start to go over, remove them so that they don’t set the others one off too.
For preserved flowers, they last 1-3 years.
After you have selected your choice of bouquet, before you check out, you will be given the opportunity to add your message under "order notes".
Your message will be printed out and it will be attached along with the bouquet.
While we try to stick to the flower ingredients used in our regular collections, the final product might vary due to the seasonal nature of certain fillers or leaves. In the event a particular flower or leaf is unavailable, it will be substituted with another of similar in colour, texture and vibrancy.

Absolutely. Our customised flower bouquets arrangements are extremely popular for our discerning clients. Chat with us below or email us at email@example.com let us know specifically the occasion, recipient details, design, flowers, or any other particulars that you'd like for us to incorporate into your custom flower arrangements. You can leave the rest to our florists to craft a piece worthy of the occasion.
Once you have confirmed your order and made your payment through our secured system, we will send you an email confirmation that summarizes your order with relevant details.
Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we do not offer returns or refunds on flower floral arrangements. On the rare occasion that we reasonably deem things have fallen short of our high standards, we will consider providing you with an exchange for an equivalent or higher value product or issue a store credit for your next purchase of the same or higher value.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) for payment. If you don’t wish to use a credit card, you can also opt for online bank transfer (FPX) or e-wallets (Grab, Boost and etc) via the 2C2P payment option during checkout. PayPal users can also pay with their PayPal account.

Yes we do! Order flowers before 2pm for same day flower delivery. (Monday to Saturday)
Pre-order your cakes 2 days in advance, crepe cakes are available for same day delivery.
All our deliveries are made between 10:00pm to 6:00pm. Same day flower delivery will be 1:00pm-6:00pm, If you have a specific delivery time that you would like to request for, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate.
If no recipient or representative is available, the courier will call the recipient and/or sender for further instructions. If both parties cannot be contacted via telephone, the flowers will be left at a reception/ front desk, or at the door. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point on.
Should any party (sender or recipient) request for a re-direction to a different address or a re-delivery at another time slot (within the next 24 hours), it will only be scheduled upon payment of a RM25 re-direction fee by sender.
Certain dates are blocked out on the calendar selection on the product page – such as Sundays, Public Holidays, and selected dates (due to full schedule, peak periods, public holidays, or otherwise).

Yes we do, same day delivery only available for crepe cakes.
Order before 10am (Malaysian GMT), and custom cake order can be ready to deliver next day 2pm-6pm. ie, order 9am at Tuesday, order will be ready to deliver 2pm-6pm Wednesday.
Orders after 10am (Malaysian GMT) will be only delivered the day after tomorrow, ie, place custom cake order at 11am Tuesday, order will be ready to deliver 2pm-6pm on Thursday.
Crepe cakes are available for next day delivery.
