Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation of orders must be made 36 hours in advance before the delivery time for Penang deliveries, and 48 hours in advance for outstation deliveries.
• Failing to cancel within the stipulated time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price. Alternatively, Bamboo Green Florist will save the credit in your account to retain your value for future purchases.
• A cancellation processing fee of 6% will be charged due to credit card processing fees.
• The full purchase amount will apply if the order has already been delivered.

As items are perishable, Bamboo Green Florist does not issue refunds. However, if the issue cannot be resolved, a store credit may be provided. Please note that issues of "not liking" the arrangement are not grounds for a return.
