1. Delivery time is from 8am-8pm for Valentine's Day (12 Feb - 15 Feb 2023), we endeavour to fullfill before 6pm for offices address & before 8pm for residential addresses.

2. We seek your kind understanding the time of delivery cannot guarantee to ensure seamless operations & fairness to customers.

3. Do ensure, to the best of your ability, that the recipient or a representative is on hand to receive the flowers. Filling in the contact number of both sender and recipient will help our team react quickly should the need arise.

While we try to stick to the flower ingredients used in as picture displayed, the final product might vary due to the seasonal nature of certain fillers or leaves. In the event a particular flower or leaf is unavailable, it will be substituted with another of similar in colour, texture and vibrancy. We hold full rights to substitute prior any notice.
