Opal starts with the pot. Every glaze runs a little differently, so no two pots carry the same drift of colour. The pinks pool in one place, the blues in another, and a pearl sheen catches the light as you walk past.

Care
Set in bright, indirect light. Water once a week. Keep water off the crown and away from the leaves. Once the last bloom drops, cut the stem above the second node and it may flower again.
